Ren Groups
Ren Groups are small groups of people that gather to help one another adopt the lifestyle of Jesus and become people of love. One of Renaissance’s core values is “Growing People Change.” We know that growth is a lifelong process and Ren Groups provide an opportunity to do life together through different community gatherings, Bible Studies, and classes.
I Believe in Jesus and I Want to Commit to Follow Him
Jesus commanded his first disciples to baptize people who believed their message about him, and we follow their example as people who want to publicly confess that we believe in Jesus and want to follow Him.
Baptism is a great next step in your discipleship to Jesus. If you believe Jesus is the son of God, that he died for your sins, and he raised from the dead...you are a Christian. And if you are a Christian and haven’t been baptized, this is a great opportunity for you to do so.

BECOMING A MEMBER
Becoming a member at Renaissance means we are making a public statement of our commitment to work together to share the truth and love of Jesus with the city of Decatur.
MEMBERS OF RENAISSANCE:
- Commit to grow in our faith and help others do the same
- Attend Sunday Gatherings to worship and learn together
- Join a Ministry Team to serve the people of Renaissance
- Give from your finances to support the mission of Renaissance
- Join a Ren Group to build relationships with others
STEPS TO BECOME A MEMBER OF RENAISSANCE:
- Fill out the Church Membership Application
- Attend an upcoming New Member Q & A where you will learn more about Renaissance meet some of the staff.
- Join us at Renaissance with other new members on an upcoming Membership Sunday to be introduced to the church.
